I honestly think this is the best CLA product on the market. The green tea, guarana and hoodia gordonii definitely also help with energy, appetite and dissolution of fat. This product is also the best price I could find for CLA, and believe me I've scoured the internet for CLA deals. In the past four months I have lost 33 pounds at a very easy pace, with a few other diet supplements. I have 20-25 pounds to go, but I think I'll likely be taking this stuff 'til the end of time. Remember your 2-1-1/3-1-1 ratio and suggest you add Garcinia Cambogia too. To Piping Rock: THANK YOU!!I honestly think this is the best CLA product on the market. Ordered this product for the first time almost a year ago. Have not stopped taking it since then. Have had unreal benefits, does exactly what its supposed to do. Took another CLA product that was comparable to this one prior to ordering for almost a year and this honestly has been equally beneficial if not better, and for less than half the price. My ONLY issue is that the L-carnitine that is in this product is not clinically dosed, have to buy separate. Everything else delivers.
